Room Facilities
All 16 of our double rooms are comfortably, modernly, and tastefully furnished. They include a shower/WC or bath/WC, desk, 1–2 armchairs, bathrobe, TV, hairdryer, safe, Nespresso machine, kettle, and refrigerator. Most rooms also feature a small balcony with a stunning view of Lake Lucerne and the Central Swiss mountains, inviting guests to relax and unwind. As family rooms for 4 people, our junior suites or standard double rooms with connecting doors are suitable.
Breakfast
Our rich breakfast with homemade jam and regional products is served from 08:00 – 10:00 (in summer from 07:30).
It includes various breads and rolls, Swiss hard and soft cheeses, assorted cold cuts, fresh fruit, Birchermüesli, yogurt, cereals, eggs, as well as a selection of fruit juices and hot and cold beverages of your choice.
Half Board
Enjoy a delicious 4-course menu in one of our restaurants or in our lakeside garden restaurant for CHF 55.00 per person per day. Half board is available for stays of two nights or more.
Cancellation
Cancellations made up to two weeks before arrival incur no charges.
Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made between 6 and 0 days before arrival will be charged the full reservation amount.
Children & Extra Beds
All children are welcome. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.
A child between 3 and 5 years pays CHF 25.00 per night for an extra bed.
A child between 5 and 12 years pays CHF 40.00 per night for an extra bed.
Rooms (except junior suites) offer space for a maximum of one extra bed or baby cot.
Children’s beds / extra beds are available on request only and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Tourist & Resort Taxes
Winter: CHF 3.30 per person per day
Summer: CHF 4.80 per person per day
Children: from 16 years
WiFi
WiFi is available free of charge throughout the entire property.
Swimming Pool
The outdoor swimming pool of the neighboring Hotel Beau Rivage is available to hotel guests free of charge. Towels can be obtained at the reception. (The pool is closed from October to the end of March.)
Parking
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel, but the number is limited and cannot be reserved. It operates on a “first come, first served” basis.
Alternatively, there is a public paid parking garage about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Closed Days
On Mondays and Tuesdays, our restaurants are usually closed and only breakfast is served.
Pets
Pets are welcome. We charge CHF 15.00 per day for your pet, excluding food.

We accept the following credit cards: EC Direct, Maestro, Mastercard, Postcard, VISA, and UnionPay.
You may also pay your room bill in advance via bank transfer.
