| Room facilities: | All of our 16 rooms have shower/WC or bath/WC, a desk, 1-2 chairs, bath robes, TV, hair dryer, safe deposit box, kettle and a small fridge. Most of them have a little balcony from where you have a beautiful view over the lake and the mountains. As a family room we suggest our Junior Suites or our Standard Double Rooms with connecting doors. |
| Breakfast: | Breakfast will be served from 8:00 - 10:00 hrs. If you have any allergies, please let us know so we are prepared for you. |
| Half board: | Half board, a delicat four-course dinner, is served for CHF 55.00 per person and day. (minimum stay of two nights). If the weather allows it, you can enjoy your meal on our lake side terrace otherwise in one of our two restaurants. |
| Cancellation: | For a booked stay of 1 to 5 nights; Cancellations more than one week prior to arrival won't be charged. Cancellations within one week of arrival will be charged with one night. For a booked stay of six nights or more; Cancellations more than two weeks prior to arrival won't be charged. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be charged with three nights. |
| Kids & extra beds: | One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child from 3 to 5 years is charged CHF 10 per person per night when using existing beds. One child from 5 to 12 years is charged CHF 20 per person per night when using existing beds. One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. One child from 3 to 5 years is charged CHF 25 per person per night in an extra bed. One child from 5 to 12 years is charged CHF 40 per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. |

| Swimming Pool: | The swimming pool of the neighbour hotel Beau Rivage is free to use for our hotel guest. Towels are available at the front desk |

| Day Off: | On Monday and Tuesday are the restaurants closed. |
| Pets: | Pets are more than welcome! We charge CHF 15.00 per day, excl. food. |
